JET LAG / TIME CHANGE
I'm doing great in the jet lag department. It was almost 6:30 p.m. when I arrived at my hotel on Fri. night, so I just spaced out for awhile and then went to bed. My sleep medication really helps me a lot. Got up feeling totally refreshed on Sat. and pretty much was on the go from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Amazing how much energy one can have on vacation!
